Air Bag Switch Issue On A 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500
Question:
Dear Sir or Madam, I have an airlift suspension system on my 2015 Chev, Silverado 1500 with a 6.2l eng and factory trailer towing systemI think it is factory It is a single control system gauge has the single pressure switch to inflate but two deflate switches on either side of the inflate switch. It has two switches to turn system on not sure why two controlled by a relay P# 871-1c-r1 u01 12vdc 20/35 amp14vdc c1328. The wiring harness is P/N# 26512. I would like to get a wiring diagram and a new relay as the compressor will not activate with the switch on the gauge any longer, while trouble shooting I was able to get the compressor to come on by connecting directly to battery, the air bags inflated and the gauge read the inflated air pressure . I can assume from this that either the relay or the switches mounted to the side not on the gauge are bad. My question is do you have the relay and or the entire wiring harness and the wiring diagram for this system? Can I buy them and can you give me some advice on why the bags would continue to deflate on me forcing me to inflate them daily. Thank You in advance

I contacted Air Lift for you about your exact question about their LoadLifter 5000 # AL88204. The issue you're describing usually is the relay. The relay is a standard relay that can be picked up at any auto parts store. If that doesn't fix the issue. then it may be the harness. If you're in need of a harness Air Lift will need a current address and a phone number that you registered your warranty, if not then provide a copy of the purchase receipt so that they can get you the correct harness.
