Comparing etrailer and Curt Hitch for 2011 Toyota RAV4
Question:
Looking into buying a trailer hitch for Rav4 and wanted to ask a couple of questions about Curt 3 and Drawtite 3. I like the Curt for USA. Is there any advantage of one verses the other? I would be getting the package. Would this work for most trailers? I want to pull a tear trailer or possibly another small trailer.

The Curt hitch part # C13149 and the etrailer part # e98864 that fit your 2011 Toyota Rav4 are both very similar with the only noteworthy difference being that the etrailer has a black matte finish and the Curt has a glossy black finish.
Then for trailer wiring the best option is the Tekonsha kit part # 118412 as it installs the easiest and features the most reliable converter box.
For a ball mount kit then the # 989900 comes with a couple different rises/drops and hitch ball sizes as well.
