The right air bag kit for your rear-axle application in the 2008 Dodge Ram Quad Cab 1500 SLT 4 x 4 is # F2286. This kit will come with all the hardware necessary for installation.
Switches and gauges, compressors and air tanks are available for quicker and easier air spring inflation/deflation from inside the vehicle and are sold separately. One system is Firestone Level Command II - Single-Gauge w/ Standard-Duty Compressor - Single Function, part number F2158, that will allow you to control the helper springs from inside the vehicle. Another system is the Firestone Wireless Air Command - Dual Gauge w/ Standard-Duty Compressor - Dual Function, part number # F2178, that is wireless and allows you to control the air springs side to side or equally whichever is required for the load being hauled.
