Can Timbren Axle Less Kit Install on I-Beam Trailer Frame
Question:
I am very interested in the Timbren axle-less system for my boat trailer. My trailer is aluminum and has I-beam construction. It does not appear this system is compatible with I-beam trailers. Is there a good way to mount the Timbren suspension on an I-beam trailer? Thank you for any information!

The Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System part # ASR3500S05 can install on an I-beam trailer frame so long as you box in the side of the frame that the bracket for the system attaches to. This essentially means you will have to weld a steel plate on the I-beam frame where the bracket for the above system would install. If you are able to do this then you will have no issue with installation. This part of the process is also somewhat covered in the installation manual as well.
