Is There an Adapter for the Older Thule 585 Ski Carrier to Work with Aero Bars

Hi- I have the old Thule Rapid Aero bars for my car, and also the old Thule 585 ski rack. I was wondering what the best way to use these two items together would be. Is there an adaptor or something like that? Thanks

We do not have an adapter to make the older Thule 585 ski rack work with aero bars.

I recommend upgrading your ski carrier to something sleeker and designed to work with aero bars. A good choice is the Rhino-Rack Ski and Snowboard Carrier, part # RR576. It features a push-button release and soft, rubber molding to keep a firm grip on your gear without scratching it. It also has a lock feature to deter theft.
