Will the Roadmaster tail light kit RM 154 work on a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK Freedom Edition? Also do I need a brake Relay system with it?

Yes the Roadmaster diode tow bar wiring kit part # RM-154 is a fit for your 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK Freedom Edition.
Roadmaster does not recommend the use of the brake light relay part # RM-88400 with this either on your vehicle.
