Could Kuat NV 4-Bike Rack be Used at Rear of Vehicle On Tow Dolly

Im considering purchasing this item: Kuat NV 2.0 4-Bike Platform Rack - 2 Hitches - Tilting - Gunmetal Gray I wanted to be sure it was safe to install on a car being towed by an RV. The car would have front wheels up on a dolly and back wheels on the ground.

The Kuat NV # NV22G-NA22G would technically be rated safe to use at the rear of a vehicle towed by a tow dolly but the problem is that the rack would angle towards the ground which would mean it could potentially drag.

So you'd have to consider a few things before attempting this. The height of the tow dolly where the front wheels will sit, the height of the rear hitch, and the elevation changes you'd likely encounter. If the vehicle is taller at the rear, the dolly is pretty low to the ground, and you plan to travel on very flat ground this could work. Worth mentioning is this rack has a 3-1/2 inch rise built into the shank.
