Could Lets Go Aero LED Light Kit # H01540 Attach to Rear of Vehicle

do I need anything else to install this to my 2007 rdx?

Since the Lets Go Aero LED Light Kit # H01540 was intended to install on a cargo carrier you'd have to get a little creative to install it on a 2007 Acura RDX. Since it's a stud mount you'd have to drill holes in the vehicle and attach the nuts and washers on the back side of the lights.
