NoCo Boost XL - 1500 Amp Jump Starter

Question:

I brought a noco gb 50 some time ago. I’ve charged my phone one time it worked good. But I used it today for the first time to charge my car and it did not work. I think the battery is dead, I tried to charged it but it did not work. Please contact me about what to do about this problem.

Without knowing when you bought your Noco # 329-GB50XL, I can't determine your warranty status, but I can tell you that it has a one-year limited warranty.

I looked at the Instructions-Details.PDF on our product page and there are not any serviceable parts or user replaceable fuse. That leaves you to determine if it is user error or product failure. I would consider the following trouble shooting steps. (1.) When you attempt to use the jumper do ANY lights show up on the jump starter? (2.) Are there any lights when you try to charge the jump starter? (3.) It will only jump vehicles that have at least a 2 volt charge already - is it possible that the battery is truly dead? (4.) Is it possible that any of the cords are damaged? (5.) Have you tried jumping a different vehicle?

If you are not able to work out solution we still carry this jumper if you need to purchase a replacement
