Blue Ox Base Plates & Parts to Flat Tow 2021 Ford F-250 Super Duty

2021 ford f-250 super duty. want to go with blue ox base plates. can you point me to the right base plate fit for my truck as well as what else i'll need to flat tow it? thanks very much.
