Can a 2-1/2" Weight Distribution Shank Be Purchased for a Blue Ox Weight Distribution System

Question:

I have a blue ox weight distribution hitch with sway control. Not sure the exact model or ratings. I have a new truck and the receiver is 2.5 where the weight distribution hitch is 2. Does blue ox make a 2.5 adjustable for this? I have a sleeve for the smaller trailers was just thinking i could have it beefier and sturdier.

I do have a 2-1/2" weight distribution shank which will work with a Blue Ox weight distribution system as they are universal for the most part but it won't be from Blue Ox. Instead, I recommend the Equal-i-zer Weight Dist Shank part # EQ90-02-4900 which will be a much safer and sturdier option than using a sleeve adapter.
