I have a Reese 16K 5th wheel hitch that I would like to install in a 2021GMC 3500 and require a mount to fit into the pucks in the bed the truck.

In order to mount a Reese 16K 5th Wheel Hitch on a 2021 GMC Sierra 3500 with pucks you'll need the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Chevy/GMC OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package part # DM6333. The adapter will drop into the pucks and is then secured with the locking handles. It then provides above bed rails which can be used with any hitch hat mounts to the industry standard like Reese, Curt, Husky etc.
