How to Keep Battery of 2005 Ford Focus Topped Off When Flat Towing

I am wanting to know if there is an auxiliary battery to put into a 2005 ford focus when it is being toad for long distances.

Expert Reply:
We have an easier solution to keep the battery of your 2005 Ford Focus topped off when flat towing than having an auxiliary battery installed. You can use the part # RM-156-25 to keep the battery topped off as this will charge the vehicle battery from the 12 volt accessory circuit of the trailer wiring. If the 7-way of your motorhome does not have this circuit active you'd also need the # RM-156-75 and you'd be set.
