A hub drum for 3500 lb axle would use a 10 x 2-1/4 inch brake assembly. I'd recommend using self-adjusting brake assemblies, such as part # AKEBRK-35-SA, which would include both a left and right brake assembly. If your 7 x 14 enclosed cargo trailer is a tandem axle, you'll need two sets. The mounting hardware is sold separately as part # BRKH10B, again for a tandem axle trailer, you'd need two sets.
I'd also recommend inspecting the armature surface of your brake drums, where the brake magnet faces ride. If the armature surface of the brake drums are grooved or pitted, you'll want to replace them. For a compatible hub, should you need them, I'd recommend the # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K which is compatible with standard or EZ Lube spindles. The hub/drums include the L44649/L68149 bearing sets, the races, the grease seal, dust caps and lug nuts. The hubs are compatible with a 5 on 4-1/2 wheel bolt pattern, which is typical for a 3500 lb axle. If you should need hub/drums, but have a different bolt pattern, let me know and I'd be happy to make a recommendation.
I'lll link to a help article that explains how to determine your wheel bolt pattern.
