Will the Front Wheel Hook on the Kuat Sherpa Interfere With the Front Brake Caliper

Question:

Im planning on getting a new bike rack this year and was looking at the Kuat Sherpa 2 rack. In all the pics Ive seen it looks like the front arm restraint on the rack goes over the tire but also looks like it catches part of the front brake on road bikes. Am I seeing this correctly or is it just bad pics that Ive seen? Do you have a better pic that shows this? I have a Tri bike if that helps.

If your bike has the front brake caliper in front of the bike frame, then the arm of the Kuat Sherpa 2.0, # SH12G, and other platform style racks will be placed directly in front of the caliper. The arm should not be touching the caliper. If the arm is touching the brake caliper, then it needs to be moved forward, away from the caliper until it is no longer touching.

I have attached an installation video of our installer explaining where to place the front arm. I have also attached two photos that I took of how close the arm will be to the front brake for you to check out.
