Recommendations For Two E-bike Rack - 4 Fat Tires

Question:

Recently had my 2020 Nissan nv 200 turned into a camper. Would like a 2in tow hitch bike rack for 2 ebikes, 4in tires and 63lbs each. Would like a swing away rack so I can open my back doors. Please advise, thx!

It sounds like your 2020 Nissan NV200 has a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver tube.

The RockyMounts Backstage 2 # RKY10002 will work well for you. It will accommodate fatter tires up to 5", its hinged arm at the base swings the rack out and away from the rear of your vehicle, and its compatible with your hitch.

It's recommended that you remove the batteries from your e-bikes before putting them on the rack. The bikes should weigh less than 60 lbs each without the batteries. Placing the batteries inside your NV200 will safeguard them from the elements and protect your investment.
