Will the Furrion 4G LTE WiFi Router and Rooftop Antenna Improve My Cellular Signal

Question:

I have a question about cellular service antennas and/or boosters for travel trailers and camping. Is there a product that would boost my Sprint/T-Mobile cellular signal when boondocking in the northern Arizona country? I read up on the wing antennas for am/fm/and wifi boosting, but not sure what product would be right for me to get a better cellular signal for our phones and hotspot. Any advice? And, what is the range on say a winged antenna with its own data plan?

I may have a solution for you, but the only way to boost your cellular signal would be through your carrier and in a lot of instances if the area you're camping doesn't generally have good service, a booster isn't going to do much. With that said, the Furrion 4G LTE WiFi Router and Rooftop Antenna for RVs - 150 Mbps - 12V # FR57FR is a good addition for your coach since it will provide you with 4G LTE signal outside of what your cell provider can do; there will be instances where the cellular service might be spotty but the Furrion antenna is able to provide a much better service signal. It also works as a TV and radio antenna, so it'll also help when you're boondocking for that purpose.

The range on this router is 400 feet, so if you were to need to use it as a WiFi router you would need to be within 400' of the antenna in order to receive the boosted signal. It may not be the exact solution for you, but it's actually a great solution to provide cellular data/internet outside of your normal cell towers' range.

I've linked a review and installation video of this for you to check out.
