Recommended Transmission Cooler For 2005 Toyota 4Runner
Question:
I am looking for a transmission cooler kit for 2005 Toyota 4Runner. I am in need of a complete replacement kit as my current lines are rusted through. I would need the fittings that go into the transmission as well as lines to get to a cooler mounted by radiator. Do any of your kits have the fittings and lines that would replace the OEM transmission connections?

We do offer quite a few transmission cooler kits for your 2005 Toyota 4Runner, but we do not offer replacement hard line or connectors to attach to your transmission. You will need to get those parts from a local auto parts store.
For a transmission cooler I recommend the Derale Dyno-Cool Tube-Fin Transmission Cooler Kit # D12906 which is ideal for mid-sized trucks and SUVs like your 4Runner. This kit includes hose, mounting hardware, and hose clamps, but since we have not had a chance to install this on a 4Runner you may need some additional parts like extra hose # D13003 or the Universal Metal Mount Kit # D13002 if you would prefer to mount the cooler to the a metal support instead of the radiator.
I included a video of the Derale # D12906 for you to take a look at.
