I reached out to GSI and my contact confirmed that you will be able to microwave the bowl or cup included in the GSI Outdoors Escape Table Set with Cutlery - 1 Person # GSI49SV. She did mention that if you are microwaving for an extended period of time to keep an eye on the them, but with normal use they will be fine.

This set is a great choice for camping, or for in an RV since it is collapsible down to 1" to safe valuable space in your backpack, or in your cabinets.
