Cab Light for 1999 Dodge Ram with Clear Lens that Has Replaceable Bulbs

hi. i am looking for some clear cab lights for my 1999 dodge ram 2500. it already has factory cab lights installed and the holes are on the left and right side of the light instead of front to back. i am looking for clear ones that are not led and i can put my own bulbs in. thanks

The bulb type this uses is a 194 bulb.
