Bike Adapter Bar That Fits A Kids Mountain Bike

Question:

Hi i am looking for a adapter bar to fit my sons bike its a 20 wheel, from seat post to steering stem its 18 or 46cm that has to be the minimum size on the adaptor bar if its smaller like 17 inch even better. Can you assure me that this is at least 18 inch fully closed ?? My measuring it and not reading the specifications on the box ?? Reason why is i went to 5 different stores looking for a YAKIMA adaptor as they advertise 18 minimum and 31 max and the specifications on the box are wrong,i bought it and would not fit on the bike way too big it measured 24 minimum to 33 max.

I recommend the Yakima Tube Top Bike Adapter Bar Item # Y02531. Fully retracted the measurement from one end of the bar to the other, not including the hook is 14-1/4" and when extended is 22-1/8".
