We can definitely help you out with this and the AirLift # AL88289 would be a great solution for your 2018 Ram 2500 that are compatible with an in-bed hitch. These air bags have a jounce spring inside each air spring that helps to improve ride comfort, reduce sway, and help with cornering; this provides support progressively - the more you load the springs, the stiffer they become, so they're great for 5th wheel towing. These would do a great job to help support the roughly 2000-lbs pin weight of your 5th wheel, since they're designed to support up to 5000-lbs of weight; they'll also do a great job for any heavy payloads you might have in the truck bed when not towing.

The most common add on with air spring systems is a compressor system to allow you to inflate the bags wherever you are. I recommend using the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Remote - Bluetooth - EZ Mount # AL74000EZ, which will allow you to inflate the air bags on the fly using a wireless remote system. This means no stopping at gas stations each time you need to fill up your bags and allows you to adjust the bags individually since it's a dual path system.

If you're looking for something low maintenance, the Sumo Springs Solo Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle # SSR-312-54 are a great choice. These are jounce style springs that don't require any maintenance after installation. These also adjust to the load progressively, so they'll stiffen up as more weight is loaded in the truck bed and do a great job of helping fight sag and body roll.
