For your 1993 Ford F-250 4x4, if you have over load springs, the goose neck hitch I recommend is the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit - 30,000 lbs Item # BWGNRK1110. If you vehicle does not have the overload springs you want to use B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit - 30,000 lbs Item # BWGNRK1100. Both of these kits are under bed kits so when the ball is removed or turned over and stored inside the hitch you have total bed access.

For air bags I recommend Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Springs w/ Internal Bumpers Rear Axle Item # AL88215. These air spring have a 5000lb load leveling capacity. A minimum psi rating of 5 and a maximum of 100 per bag. Keep in mind this does not increase the weigh carry capacity of the vehicle. The air pressure in each of the bags can be increased and decreased independently for any off center loads in the bed of the truck. Each spring has an internal jounce bumper that replaces your factory jounce bumper. These are designed for 1/2 , 3/4, and 1 ton trucks and come with all the necessary hardware to get them installed.

I do recommend installing the air bags before installing the under gooseneck hitch as it may be easier with installing any hardware on the frame rails.

To make it easier to add and reduce air pressure in the bags I also recommend Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Remote - Bluetooth - EZ Mount Item # AL74000EZ. This compressor comes with a wireless controller however; you can also use your cell phone as the controller to add and decrease pressure from inside or outside the vehicle.
