Tekonsha P3 Is Showing Blank Blue Screen

Question:

My brake controller suddenly started showing blank blue screen. My knee hit the manual lever while getting out of car, and screen did its normal flash if trailer not connected, then went blank while staying blue. I unplugged the unit for a half an hour, and when plugged back in, same thing, blank blue. Check all fuses OK. Checked connections, wiggled plug, nothing. Unit does shut down after 15 minutes like it always has, but when it comes back on, no change. It has worked fine up until now. Its only a few months old so I hate to have to buy a new one. Its installed in a Toyota 4Runnet 2019 with the special Toyota connector. Weve towed the trailer for a couple hundred miles with it and it has been great until now. What can I do?

I contacted Horizon global and they said if you have already tried to unplug the controller to reset it then there is something wrong with the screen itself and would need to be replaced. You can replace it using item # 90195
