Tips For Removing Stuck License Plate Screw Covers
Question:
My license plates caps will not come off. I tried prying them off with a screw driver, I tried grasping them with a pliers and pulling them off, they are stuck on. I tried WD40. What do you recommend?

I definitely have a few tips for you to try that should help you get your stuck license plate screw covers off.
As long as you have the covers that snap on to the head of the screws like the # CR82650 you were looking at you can use a screw driver or pliers.
I saw you mention that you tried these options, but I recommend trying again and make sure you are not getting the tip of the screw driver under the head of the screw. You will want to insert the tip of the screw driver just enough to get under the plastic.
If you try with pliers make sure you are not grabbing too tightly as you could grab the head of the screw.
It is possible that you have a different design of caps which may require you to use the pliers to turn the caps counter clock wise to loosen them.
