Question:
Any recommendation for one bike rack that can fit on 2 cars. Infiniti qx60 with hitch receiver and a mitsubishi pajero (spare tire box on the back door) with a hitch receiver. Both have capability to fit a 2inch hitch. Thank you

I would be happy to recommend a bike rack that will work with both your 2014 Infiniti QX60 and Mitsubishi Pajero.
The key factor in determining which bike rack will work on a specific vehicle is the measurement from the center of the hitch pin hole on the trailer hitch receiver to the most outward part of the rear bumper/spare tire as shown in the included picture.
On your 2014 Infiniti QX60 this measurement is 2-1/4", which will allow pretty much any bike rack to fit perfectly.
While we do not have this measurement for your Pajero as we do not offer a hitch for it, you can take this measurement yourself to confirm which bike rack will clear your spare tire.
I recommend the Thule Hitching Post Pro 4 Bike Rack # TH934XTR which measures 13-1/2" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest part of the bike rack, and as you can see in the included video we have installed this rack on a Jeep with a spare tire mounted on the back. If 13-1/2" is greater than the measurement from the center of the hitch pin hole to the most outward part of your Pajero this rack will fit great, and will also work great on your QX60.
The Thule # TH934XTR fits 1-1/4" or 2" trailer hitch receivers, and can carry 4 bikes weighing up to 35lbs each. The anti-rattle bolt will prevent the rack from rattiling when installed in your hitch, and adding the Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock and Anti-Rattle Device # THSTL2 will lock the rack to your vehicle to prevent theft.
If you find you do not have enough clearance to use this rack on your Pajero, just let me know the center of the hitch pin hole to the most outward part of the vehicle measurement and I would be happy to recommend a rack that will fit perfectly.
I included a video of the Thule # TH934XTR for you to take a look at.
