I checked with the manufacturer, Edge, and can confirm that the Edge Gas Evolution CS2 Performance Tuner # EP25350 does work with your 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 with a 6.2L engine and 8-speed transmission.

Additionally, it does have speedometer correction as well as the ability to disable active fuel management on your truck. This tuner also has four different tunes to add horsepower and torque as well as a full color screen that makes it really easy to use.
