Lockable Wheel Mount Hook On Bike Rack

Question:

Is the ratchable locking arm of the Thule T2 Pro XT 2 Bike Rack come available with a key lock, rather then the cable lock? Something similar to what the Thule EasyFold XT 2-Bike Hitch Rack has. It would be very easy to cut through the thin cable, but harder to remove a lockable ratchet arm.

If you're carrying carbon frame bikes primarily, and want the added security with a lockable arm hook, I suggest the Thule T2 Classic 2 Bike Platform Rack Part # TH9045 is going to be the best solution. Most wheel mounted platform racks only provide an integrated cable lock. The Thule T2 Pro XT does not offer a locking arm.

You will need to add the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders Part # TH450400 to have the wheel mount arms lockable with a matching key and prevent theft.
