This particular product is specified to fit all 2008-2010 models of the Toyota Highlander; it is not specified for the 2013 4Runner.
WeatherTech does not recommend installing their Easy-On Stone and Bug Shield Deflector, Part # WT50186, on vehicles that will be cleaned in automatic brush-style car washes. Also they warn against the use of any type of cleaning solvents; only mild soap and water are to be used on this item.
The bug shield product we offer for your 4Runner is the WeatherTech Easy-On Stone and Bug Shield Deflector # WT50216. It mounts easily with either 3M automotive tape or under-the-hood fasteners.
