For your situation I really like the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control part # FA94-00-0800. Your 600 lb. tongue weight falls right in the middle of the range of the system putting it right in the sweet spot. Check out the linked video on it. It is very easy to setup and use. You can back up freely and not have to worry about disconnecting anything to do so.
Air bags like the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL57205 are designed specifically for load leveling. They will work in conjunction with the weight distribution system to maintain your factory ride height front and rear. This helps a lot with the handling characteristics of the van. I have attached a video on these as well.
