I may have a solution for you, but we do not offer torsion axles; however we can help you find something to replace your old axle. I recommend using a Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - 4" Lift Spindle - Regular Tires - 3,500 lbs # ASR3500S06, which are a great axle replacement solution that helps improve ground clearance and provides you with a suspension and axle all in one.

If you're going to go without brakes you can use the Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 5 on 4-1/2 # 84545UC1-EZ, which are an idler hub assembly that are compatible with the Timbren system. If you've got brakes on your trailer you'll want to use the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3,500-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 10" Diameter - 6 on 5-1/2 # 84656UC3-EZ for the hubs and the Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 10" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 3,500 lbs # AKEBRK-35-SA. This is a self adjusting brake kit, so it will be a low maintenance solution that are easy to install. These brakes don't come with hardware so you'll need hardware, which is available with part # BRKH10B

I've linked some review videos of these parts for you to have a look at, but going with the axle-less suspension would be the best solution for the replacement of a torsion axle.
