I have another option for you but the Westin HDX Grille Guard with Punch Plate # 57-3785 and # 57-378PK are only a confirmed fit for a 2015-2019 Silverado 2500/3500.

For your 2004 Ford F-350 I recommend the Westin Sportsman Grille Guard in black # 40-0225 or polished stainless steel # 45-0220.

Both options will include all of the required mounting hardware, and the rugged 1 piece design will protect the front bumper, grille, and headlights of your truck.
