I've attached instructions to this question to give you a getter look at replacing the Bevel Gears # LC182851 in your HappiJac # LC736514 # LC736515. Unfortunately, I do not have a video for you but the instructions do provide good pictures.
First remove your motor using the two bolts (if you have a motor on your jack). Then take a flathead screwdriver to the top of the jack to pry out the cam lever and hinge the button from the sides of the motor cam. Grab the loose part with needle nose pliers.
Use the screwdriver again to pop off the e-ring clip from the end of the docket shaft and pull the crank socket from the tube along with the vertical bevel gear. After this you can then grab the horizontal bevel gear too. Then take the drift pin from the drive shaft. Then you can completely remove the outer tube off the inner tube. Remove the washer and nylon bushing from the outer tube. Now, you're ready to install the new gears.
