Availability of Adapter for 1-3/4" Trailer Hitch Receiver

Question:

I am looking for a Hitch Reducer 1-3/4” to 1-1/4 Trailer Hitch Receiver Do you do anything that size or know any other store that does!

I am not aware of a 1-3/4" hitch receiver size, and unfortunately don't know of any adapter (on our site or elsewhere) that is designed to reduce it to a standard 1-1/4" size. Are you sure that what you have is truly 1-3/4" wide/tall? I wonder if it's actually a 2" receiver with an extra helping of powder coat that maybe shrunk it down just a bit.

I know it's probably not the answer you were hoping for, but my best recommendation would be to simply try measuring your opening again to verify that the 1-3/4" opening you got the first time is correct. If you find that it actually is a 2" receiver, something like the Brophy # HT02 will work perfectly.

Otherwise if you can tell me what vehicle this hitch is on, and maybe email me a picture of the hitch in question, I will be happy to try and look into this further.
