The center, or pilot, hole of the Dexstar Trailer Wheel # AM20747 you referenced is 4.27 inches in diameter.

We do have a wheel with a 3.65 inch pilot hole with the Dexstar Trailer Wheel # AM20758. If your wheels are lug-centric, going with a wheel with a slightly larger pilot hole will not be an issue. However, if you have a hub-centric wheel, you will need for your pilot hole to be exactly the same size and, at this time, we do not carry a wheel with a 3-1/2 inch pilot hole.

Lug-centric wheels use lug nuts to center the wheel on the hub while hub-centric wheels center the wheel on the hub using the hub bore and secure with wheel bolts.

A few other things to take into consideration when purchasing new wheels are the bolt-hole patterns and rim size. The bolt-hole pattern will need to match the pattern of your current wheels or your hubs. The Dexstar Trailer Wheel # AM20747 that you referenced, has a bolt-hole pattern of 6 on 5-1/2 inches as does the Dexstar Trailer Wheel # AM20758 I recommended. If your hub requires a different bolt pattern, send me your bolt pattern and I can make a more specific recommendation.

I have attached a link to our FAQ page on determining the bolt pattern of your wheel.
