Question:
Will this work with a ford 250 super duty short bed 2010. The turn over ball is already installed. We will be pulling a 15000 lbs trailer that is 40ft. Long. Thank you

Yes. The Ranch Hitch # AM3139 will allow you to use your turnoverball gooseneck system to tow a 5th wheel trailer with your 2010 Ford F-250 short bed; this adapter does have an 8" offset to help provide additional clearance to allow for making sharp turns but you will want to proceed carefully as 8" may not be enough depending on the configuration of the front of your trailer. You can use this formula to determine if this will provide enough clearance:
(A + B) - C = Clearance
A = Distance from center of gooseneck ball to truck cab
B = Length Offset Provided by Adapter (8")
C = Width of trailer divided by 2 (to get half)
If it's a negative number then you won't have sufficient clearance to make a full 90 degree turn without the nose of the trailer contacting the cab and you may want to consider a sliding hitch like the B&W Companion Sliding Hitch # BWRVK3400, which is designed to be compatible with the Turnoverball system.
I've linked a review of the Companion Sliding Hitch for you to have a look at.
