We do have a ball mount option that will work for you, and since you measured your trailer coupler to be about 18-1/2 inches off the ground and the top of your hitch receiver to be about 10-1/2 inches off the ground you will need a ball mount with close to 8 inches of rise, and the closest option to that is the Convert-A-Ball Ball Mount for 2" Hitches - 8-3/4" Rise # AMSC10.

So long as you are within about an inch you will still be level, so the 3/4 inch difference in rise is going to be perfectly fine for your application. The Convert-A-Ball is also just a fantastic ball mount in and of itself, as it is has a cushioned polyurethane interior which is going to give you a far more comfortable towing experience than a standard ball mount that can rattle and be noisy.

The Convert-A-Ball will require either Pin and Clip # PC3 or Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # e98880 to mount it to your hitch, and for a hitch ball, the correct one will depend on your trailer's coupler, either 2" Hitch Ball # 40038 or 2-5/16" Hitch Ball # C40007.

I have added a link below to a video review for you to check out as well of the Convert-A-Ball Ball Mount # AMSC10.
