Since your 2000 Ford E-450 Shuttle Bus does not have any custom fit trailer hitch receiver options, you will need to have one of the following universal trailer hitch receivers fabricated to fit your vehicle.

The most likely two options are the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41990-16 or the # 41990-07 which has shorter 7" tall mounting brackets.

While there are other options, the only differences are the length of the mounting brackets. Both of these options have the tallest mounting brackets at 16" which you can always cut down to achieve the fit you are looking for.

Both of these options are Class V Hitches with a maximum tongue weight rating of 1600lbs, and a maximum trailer weight rating of 16000lbs, but you will need to check your vehicle's owners manual for its maximum towing capacity and use the lower rating between the vehicle and trailer hitch receiver.

To complete your towing setup I recommend the etrailer ball mount kit # 989900 which includes two ball mounts, two hitch balls, two hitch pins and clips, and a carrying case.
