Recommended 7 Way Connector for 1996 Toyota 4Runner

Hi, My toyota 4 runner have 4 pin trailer plug. I just bought new trailer with surge break that have 7 pin plug. What do I need to make my truck work for my new trailer with surge break. Thanks,

To add a 7 way connector to your 1996 Toyota 4Runner I recommend using the # ETBC7, which will give you the correct plug to connect your trailer with surge brakes and a surge brake actuator. I've linked an installation video of this harness on an older Tacoma, which should have a similar installation to your 4Runner.
