Can I use the Yakima Mightymount 23h to mount a Yakima Highroller on my 2004 RAV4 or do I need to use the Universal Mightymount?

I checked with Yakima for you, and for the Yakima HighRoller, the correct mounts to attach the bike rack to your 2004 Toyota RAV4's factory roof rack are indeed the Universal MightyMounts for Yakima Roof Mounted Accessories # Y03590.
