Universal Brackets to Flat Tow a 1990 Ford F-150

Im going to be towing a 1990 f150 on the hwy im looking for a bumper mount hitch that you dont have to bolt on do they still make bumper mount tow hitches my dad had one that fit everything

There is one option for you to be able to flat tow your 1990 Ford F-150, but there are no longer bumper-mounted towing hitches, you will need to use universal bumper brackets. The brackets do need to bolt onto a flat, metal portion of the bumper, and the part you will need is the Curt Tow Bar with Adjustable-Width Arms # C19745.

This tow bar comes with the universal bumper brackets so it is an all-in-one kit with exactly what you need to tow your F-150. This would be the only option for you in order to tow the truck, if you are willing to bolt the mounts on.
