How Far Apart Are the Mounting Feet on the Kuat Switch 4 Ski Carrier
Question:
The aero bars on my Cherokee Trailhawk only have 24 inches of usable space. I am considering the Kuat Switch 4 ski racks but I havent been able to find the spacing of the mounting points. Will 24 inches be sufficient for these racks? Thanks

Expert Reply:
The Kuat Switch 4 # KU94FR has 14-7/8" between the mounting feet and the overall length is 26"; you will be able to use this rack without any issues, you just may have a slight bit of overhang on one side since it sounds like you might be mounting it in tandem with another accessory.
