Can I Use a 5 on 4-3/4" Hub and Drum with a 5x120mm Bolt Pattern Wheel
Question:
Like many others I am trying to match the bolt pattern on my trailer to the one on the tow vehicle so I can use the same size tires a wheel on both tow vehicle and trailer. Will a 5x4.75 120.65mm drum brake setup work for 5x120 wheels? Or is the difference too much?

Yes, a 5 on 4-3/4" bolt pattern and the 5x120 bolt pattern are compatible and basically considered to be the same bolt pattern in spite of the .65mm difference.
For a hub and drum assembly with 5 on 4-3/4" bolt pattern I recommend using the # AKHD-5475-35-EZ-K, which would pair with a 10" brake assembly like the Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 10" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 3,500 lbs # AKEBRK-35-SA. This hub comes pre-greased and the brakes are self adjusting, so they'd be an easy to install solution since they're mostly ready to go right out of the box.
You would also need brake mounting hardware, which is available with # BRKH10B.
