Changing Flame Color on the Greystaone 32" Electric Fireplace with Crystals

The instructions say hold down the flame button in manual for 3 seconds to change the flame color, what am i missing. does not change. greystone 26inch with crystals.

Sometimes the manufacturer can make changes to the product without changing the instructions. In this case you may need to hold the button down longer on your Greystone 32" Electric Fireplace with Crystals part # 324-000077. Try both 5 and 10 seconds to see if that makes a difference.
When doing the video on the fireplace I di not recall being able to change the color of the crystals but the intensity of the light that was output from them. When holding the button for 3 seconds have you been seeing this change? If so that is likely the change they are referring to rather than the actual color of the crystals.
