I have a solution for you but the # BAK92401 is designed for Toyota trucks with BAK tonneau covers. For the 2018 Ram 1500 you'll want to use the BAKBox 2 Collapsible Truck Bed Toolbox for BAK Revolver X2, BAK Roll-X, and BAKFlip Tonneau Covers # BAK92201, which is a confirmed fit with BAK Revolver X2, BAK Roll-X, or BAKFlip tonneaus.

This version is also compatible with the 2019-21 Classic Ram 1500 and the 94-21 2500/3500 Ram with 6'4" & 8' beds without RamBoxes, so even if you've got a 2500 or 3500 it would fit.
