Snow Chain Solution for 2017 Ford with Tire Size 235/45R19
Question:
2017 Ford escape with 235/45R19 tires. Owners manual says not to use chains or cables on tires this size? Where I am going I will need them, any suggestions on types that will work?

In your situation where the area you plan to travel requires tire chains but the owners manual say chains can't be used the best solution is to contact a Ford dealer in the area with the snow chain requirement and ask what they suggest.
Typically they will have a solution that will work. We have the K-Summit tire chains part # TH02230K45 which fits your tire size of 235/45R19 and offers the best clearances possible since it does not drape over the inner sidewall at all. You might show the Ford dealer these and I'd be willing to bet they'd give okay to use them.
