Will Electric Ground Control TT Automatic Leveling System Fit Grand Design Transcend

Question:

Electronic Ground Control Automatic 5-Point level LC672136. Is there a four point system that would fit my 30’ Grand Design Transcend? I Have the electric tongue jack. How hard is this to install or should it be completed by grand design technician? Thanks

I took a look at the specs for the Grand Design Transcend, and from what I saw they all had a GVWR under 10,000 lbs so the Electric Ground Control TT Automatic 5-Point Travel Trailer Leveling System # LC672136 so this leveling system will absolutely work for your trailer.

There isn't an option to get the system without the A-frame jack, though you if you want to offset some of the cost there will definitely be a market for your older jack so you can easily replace it with the new one. In regards to installation, it is possible it can be done by a DIYer but it really depends on the individual. It isn't otherworldly complicated but there are a lot of different parts with the jacks and wiring harnesses so I recommend checking out the linked instructions below as well as the linked install video to get an idea of whether or not this is something you want to attempt.

In regards to the overall system, there really isn't a better way to ease the leveling and stability of your trailer than with the Ground Control TT Automatic 5-Point Travel Trailer Leveling System # LC672136.
