The Roadmaster Tow Defender Protective Screening part # RM-4700 is designed to connect around the tow bar and any 2" tow bar will work and the base plate. It is specific to the Roadmaster Quick Disconnect base plates.
If this is what is equipped on your 2021 Jeep Gladiator you're in good shape. If you have a different type base plate let me know and I will be happy to see what we have as an alternative that would work for you.
