That 65-lb-per-bike requisite is a lot for a 1-1/4" hitch-mounted rack, but luckily we have one that just meets it!

It's the Yakima On-Ramp, part # Y96FR. This rack, as the name implies, features a ramp to help with loading those heavy bikes and an integrated cable lock. It comes with the now-standard tilt-away and fold-in functions, allowing you access to your hatch while loaded and lower profile when unloaded. It mounts to the frame of the bikes, so you don't need to worry about fender issue. And, most importantly, it can carry bikes up to 66 lbs. each.

One caveat with this rack, though: it's for Class II hitches only, so make sure yours is Class II.

If you have a Class I hitch, then use the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack, part # TH903202. It can handle exactly 65 pounds per bike. I've linked to a video review of this rack for you to look at.
