I have a solution for you, but the # CAM57703 will not attach directly to a 1-lbs propane cannister.
In order to use the Furrion RV Cooktop - Propane - Triple Burner - Stainless Steel # FGH4ZSASS with a 1-lbs propane tank you can use the # CAM57703 as the base hose to connect to the cooktop, but it will need to be paired with the Camco Propane Adapter - Female P.O.L./Male ACME x 1"-20 Throwaway Cylinder # CAM59213.
There is not a hose with regulator assembly for this purpose available, so the adapter would be a required part, but using these parts will allow you to accomplish what you're looking to do.
